How to Order
1. Find Your Products
Use the top menu to browse by product category, collection or brand. Or use the search bar located on each page to look for the items that you need.
For special requests, you can email us, call us or use our live chat.
2. Get Your Quote
From each product page, choose the colour, size and quantity and click Add to Quote.
Selected items will display in the Quote List on the right side of each product page and in the top menu link. Returning customers can log in with My Account.
We’ll get in touch to confirm your requirements and additional information such as lead-times, branding, delivery and insurance, and we’ll send your quotation.
4. Place Your Order
Use the Accept link in your quote email to access the Checkout function.
At this time, you will provide your invoicing details and confirm acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.
5. Approve Your Artwork
If branding is required, your layout will be supplied via email. We allow up to two free layout changes.
Please be sure to approve your artwork timeously to avoid production delays.
6. Make Your Payment
Your invoice will be sent via email when you have checked out.
To avoid delays in processing, please use the Order Number on your invoice as your payment reference.
7. Receive Your Order
You will be notified via email when your order is ready for collection or dispatch.
For delivered orders, you will be able to track your order online using the tracking number we provide.
